Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Victoria, Australia via Australia Post.
Australia Wide Shipping

Standard Postage – Shipping is estimated to take 2–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Postage – Shipping is estimated to take 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
If expedited shipping is selected, Priority Mail will be used. For international orders, shipping generally takes 5–15 business days. Please note that during holidays or times of high volume, these time estimates may vary.
Important: Madge Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped.
- Orders are processed & shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
- All orders are secured in a satchel.
- If your order is with an eCheck through PayPal, we will not ship your order until the check clears and payment is received.
- The company name on your shipping label as well as your credit card statement will be Madge Beauty.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia, 3218.
- Shipping rates will be displayed on the cart page, once products are added to cart.
- Expedited orders are upgraded to Australia Post Express.
- Every order is shipped to the address YOU provide. You will receive a tracking number via email.
- We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Once your package is in the hands of Australia Post, it is no longer the responsibility of Madge Beauty.
- Taxes & Duty fees on International Orders is the customer’s responsibility
- Madge Beauty is not responsible for any shipping fees that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carrier services to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- We cannot guarantee the availability of our product, on a very rare occasion, items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation, items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product.
- If a response is not received within 48 hours the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped. Madge Beauty will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations or be held accountable if the customer does not receive a notification.
- We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features and offerings, of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
- You will receive a shipment notification email from Madge Beauty with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering without penalty. Simply email mjs@merrinschnabel.com with your order number & your order will be immediately cancelled.
- If an order is requested to be cancelled after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered to you, it will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred. Your card will not be refunded until after the order has been returned to our warehouse. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
